Sourdough Banana Muffins

Instructions

  1. mix overnight ingredients and let sit overnight
  2. add mashed banana and eggs gradually, add other ingredients
  3. pour into greased or lined muffin tins
  4. bake @ 350F for 15-20 min

Notes

You can make this with 1c of any pureed fruit. I’ve tried pineapple it was nice.

To freeze, flash freeze on a sheet pan and then store in freezer bag. Microwave for 30sec to reheat.
