Full (16 scones)
Half (8 scones)

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. work in butter like pie crust
  3. add add ins
  4. add liquid until just combined, rest in fridge
  5. preheat to 400F
  6. flatten and fold
  7. form into one or two disks and cut each disk into 8 pieces
  8. bake for 12-15 min
  9. cover with a glaze if you like

Notes

you can also make 4 disks and do mini scones which is good for taking to a brunch or ladies meeting
