Makes 4 personal pizzas
Ingredients
- 340g greek yogurt
- 1 c warm water (230g)
- 6g yeast
- 550g flour (can be up to half whole wheat)
- 10g salt
Instructions
- mix ingredients and knead in stand mixer
- let rise until doubled, check on it in an hour
- form into balls and let rise about 30 min-1 hour
- roll balls into crusts. This dough is not strong enough to stretch like traditional dough
