- 170g bettergoods whole milk Greek yogurt
- 41g (1.5 tbsp) homemade pesto
- 16 grape tomatoes cut into quarters
- 120g chopped fresh spinach (this was too much)
- 6oz fresh mozzarella (pearl or chopped)
- seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt)
Instructions
- boil pasta according to package
- mix wet ingredients and spices
- incorporate pasta, vegetables, and cheese
Notes
Using 120g of spinach the nutrition for 100g was as follows: Nutrition 126 calories 11g Carbs (2g Fiber) - 6g Fat - 9g Protein
