  1. preheat to 350F and boil water
  2. puree onions
  3. puree meat
  4. add seasonings
  5. cook in loaf pan in ban marie until done
  6. wrap meat in foil and press under a heavy weight like a big skillet with cans in it
  7. slice meat and fry in a skillet (or vacuum seal and freeze)

Notes

you can also make these into meatballs. Don’t puree all the meat if so.

I like to make two and freeze the second in a vacuum sealed bag. Thaw, slice, fry in a skillet. If you are going to make this recipe I highly recommend going ahead and making two you will be glad you did.
