- 8g yeast (or 1 packet)
- 30g honey or sugar No Honey at Vernal use SUGAR
- 50g wheat flour
- 375 white flour
- 40g EVOO
- 6g salt

- Combine and knead
- 2hr bulk ferment
- roll out in jelly roll pan
- 30 min rise
- preheat to 375F
- bake 30 min
