Ingredients
- 170g whole milk greek yogurt (2/3c)
- 20g homemade mayo or avocado mayo (1 tbsp)
- seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder, cilantro, salt)
- 1/4 a chopped red onion
- juice from 1/2 a lime
- a teaspoon of ACV
- 1lb tricolor coleslaw
Instructions
- If you have time salt your cabbage and let it sit to remove some juices
- Mix wet ingredients and spices. Add chopped red onion.
- Incorporate into cabbage
Notes
This slaw is mainly for tacos or pulled pork sandwiches. Works well for shrimp or pulled pork.
